Appliance check, Clean or replace carpet, Give unit a professional cleaning.

No, as long as you grant permission to enter.
3. Do you have on-site maintenance?

During business hours contact the leasing office. If it is a after hours emergency you can contact our after hours phone line.
5. What happens if I am locked out?

2. What if I’m not ready to apply? What other options are there?
Schedule an appointment to come in and tour our floor plan.
3. What do you look for in the application?
Resident is required to make 3 times the monthly rent and have a credit score above 575.
4. Is there any specific advice you can give to a first-time renter?
Pay rent on-time to avoid fees, be courteous and aware of your neighbors.
5. How can I check availability for furnished apartments?
We do no have furnished apartments. We can give you information to call a vendor to rent furniture if you would like. You can Google furnished apartments in the area.
6. Does it cost anything to take a tour?
7. Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We accept both appointments and walk ins.
8. Does this community offer a bonus if I was referred by one of my friends?
We pay a Resident referral of $250.00 to the current resident.
9. Can I get a price reduction if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance?
10. What is the renters’ insurance policy?
Your own choice of provider. Community does require $100,000 in liability insurance.

Not allowed for security reasons.

Yes, $225.00 upfront fee & $30.00 per month.
24. Are there building quiet hours or fees for using communal spaces?
Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm.
25. Which roommates will be held responsible if we don’t make rent?
10% late fee and any legal fees.
26. Are utilities included? If so, which ones?
Cap on gas, sewer and water bills.
27. What happens when there’s a maintenance problem in the apartment?
Call the office or after hours emergency line.
28. What would it take to break the lease?
30 day notice & 2 month lease breaking fee.
29. How much will I pay in up-front costs when I sign the lease?
$100.00 Admin fee, Security deposit between $500.00-$1000.00 plus prorated rent for the month.
